- Important announcements - The Club has been awarded the prestigious Charter Standard from the Football Association. In addition the Club has formed a link with Derby County Football Club with our Club being affiliated to Derby County Development Programme. Both awards Were be presented to our Club prior to the FA Premier League game between Derby County and Everton on Saturday 27th October.2007. Prior to this we Recived the Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire Sports Club of the Year Award for 2007 at The Town Hall, Chesterfield on Thursday the 4th of March. Followin On From This We Recived The Derbyshire Sports Club Of The Year Award At Pride Park On October 25th.- We are in need of players for our new Under 12's Girls Team. - Newbold Community Football Training are continuing their Saturday Morning Training sessions at Highfield Park. Training is for boys and girls of all abilities aged 5 to 15 years. For further details please contact Tim Sadler (01246) 277325.
